HairMax Coronavirus Update

Dear HairMax Friends,   

Over the last few weeks, the world has witnessed a pandemic that has jolted our lives and reality. While the evolving COVID-19/Coronavirus situation has presented new and unprecedented challenges, HairMax is prepared and responding with the best interests of our employees, partners, customers, and communities in our decision making. 

The HairMax mantra is that ‘We Care’, and we truly do. We want you to know that you can depend on us. We are adapting our processes to provide support in new ways while delivering on our products. 
 
As every day continues to feel different than the next, be assured that we are actively monitoring the Coronavirus situation and wanted to share with you some steps we have implemented. 
 
Aligning with Public Health Authorities: As global citizens, we will continue to monitor and abide by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, World Health Organization, and local government guidance regarding best practices and preventative measures.  
 
Acting as Good Corporate Citizens: We are working closely with our overseas partners. We have imported home test kits widely used in Hong Kong and distributed by our partners in Hong Kong, Good Union Corporation. With two blood drops, they test for any antibodies formed from the virus. https://youtu.be/orJ7goQ_sdU

Furthermore, we are working with our Korean partners, Osang Health Care to import and distribute their kits to the Local, State, and Federal Govt. on a nonprofit basis. Please let us know if anyone would like further information.  http://www.osanghc.com/en/home_en/  
 
Assisting Our Employees: We have instituted a plan to ensure the continuation of services and support to our partners and customers.  The majority of our employees are working from home as of 3/23.  

Sales, customer service, and support calls are being answered and processed remotely. We have put all travel and events on hold. Meetings are being held via video conferencing. We continue to reinforce safe behavior in our corporate offices, manufacturing facility, and shipping department. 

Manufacturing & Shipping: As long as logistics (UPS) stays open, our shipping facility remain up and running, with essential employees only. We are adhering to the highest standards for health, safety and sanitation, including frequent hand washing, disinfecting of work areas, face masks and gloves. We have on-site testing kits available for all employees if needed.  

Our Commitment To Our Customers: Please be assured, we are committed to staying as close to business as usual, as possible. We are connected, online and ready to continue to service our customers via phone, email or chat.  As always, we stand committed to serving our customers, partners, and the broader community.
